Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver across the whole of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. Delivery to a selected list of European and international destinations is also available — if we ship to your country, the options and prices appear at checkout once you enter your address.

UK delivery charges

  • Free standard delivery on UK orders of £50 or more.
  • Standard delivery — £4.99 on UK orders under £50.
  • Express delivery — £6.99, available on any UK order.

The exact charge for your basket is always shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include VAT.

Dispatch

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Place your order by 2pm on a working day and we aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or over a weekend or bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

How long it takes

  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
  • Express delivery usually arrives the next working day after dispatch.
  • Large & bulky items travel with a tracked courier service; timings are shown at checkout where they differ.

Delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from the moment you order, and “working days” means Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll email you the tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

If something goes wrong

  • Running late? Check your tracking link first, then contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier. If we can't deliver within 30 days of your order (or any longer date we've agreed with you), you can cancel and receive a full refund.
  • Arrived damaged? Tell us as soon as you can and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund. Photos of the damage help us sort it faster.
  • Missed the delivery? The carrier will leave instructions or attempt redelivery — your tracking link shows the options.
