Standard Trade
For retailers, resellers and businesses that buy across categories: the full Smart Warehouses catalogue — all twelve departments — at trade prices.
Auto-Repair Trade
For garages, MOT centres, mobile mechanics, detailers and valeters: a focused catalogue of vehicle parts & accessories, car care, garage tools & equipment, and 12V electrical & bulbs, at trade prices.

Who can apply
- UK businesses registered with Companies House (limited companies and LLPs), and
- holding a valid UK VAT registration number.
We verify every application against Companies House and HMRC's “Check a UK VAT number” service. It keeps the programme genuinely trade-only — which keeps it worth having.
How it works
- Apply. Email us the details below — it takes about two minutes.
- We vet. We check Companies House and HMRC's VAT records. You'll have a decision within two business days — often sooner. If anything needs clarifying, we'll email you rather than reject.
- Shop at trade prices. Once approved, sign in with your work email and you'll see your trade prices across the site.

Trade FAQs
How do I log in? I haven't been sent a password.
There are no passwords. Our trade accounts use secure passwordless login: enter your work email on the account page and we'll send you a one-time six-digit code. Enter the code and you're in. It's quicker than a password and there's nothing to forget or leak.
How are trade prices displayed?
When you're signed in on an approved trade account, prices are shown excluding VAT with a “+ VAT” label, and the site tells you that prices exclude VAT. VAT is still charged at checkout at the applicable rate, and your VAT invoice shows it in full. Logged-out visitors and retail customers always see prices including VAT — trade prices are only visible inside your account.
How long does approval take?
Up to two business days from a complete application — usually less. If we need more information, we'll email you and pick your application straight back up when you reply.
What exactly do you check?
Two things: your company's record at Companies House (it must be active and match your application) and your VAT number against HMRC's “Check a UK VAT number” service.
I already shop with you as a retail customer. Can I use the same email?
Yes — apply with the email you already use. Your order history stays with you, and once your company is approved, signing in with that email shows your trade prices.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. None at all.
Do trade accounts get the retail offers as well?
No — trade accounts buy on trade price lists instead of retail promotions. The two don't stack.
Will you re-check my details later?
Yes. We re-verify every trade account annually against Companies House and HMRC records. It's automatic and painless — we'll only contact you if something no longer matches.
Which tier should I pick?
If your business is automotive — a garage, MOT centre, mobile mechanic, detailer or similar — choose Auto-Repair Trade. Everyone else, choose Standard Trade. If you pick one and the other fits better, we'll sort it during vetting.
Where do you deliver?
Across the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland, on the same tracked services as our retail deliveries.
